I am a certified notary with the State of Texas; I hold both a traditional commission and a remote online notary commission. I have completed Notary Signing Agent (NSA) training with the National Notary Association (NNA), and I am NNA certified and background screened. I have over four years of experience as a notary and NSA, having completed over 500 closings during this time.

In addition to being a certified notary, I have 30 years of experience with the State of Texas in management, Civil Rights and contracts, where my positions required attention to details and following specific policies and procedures as outlined by state and federal laws. I have composed updates for state congressional leaders, providing information on programs funded by state and federal legislation. I have an unusual skill set in completing paperwork and a love of doing so.  

I provide a variety of general notary work, including but not limited to, wills, affidavits, acknowledgements, Powers of Attorney, transfers of property, and school vaccine exemptions. 

I also provide Apostille services - taking legal documents to the Texas Secretary of State office to obtain Apostille certificates. In most instances, these services are provided the same day.

I have completed over 500 signings with multiple signing services, title companies, and banks, including but not limited to, refinances, cash outs (primary and investment properties), buyer/seller packages (Texas and other states), Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans, debt consolidations, and loan modifications.  

I thoroughly read all instructions and pay attention to details. I take time to review my work for accuracy and respond to questions. I take pride in my work and do my best to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. I am kind, courteous and respectful of all my clients and customer service is a TOP priority for me. I am a go-getter and my goal is to succeed in this field and represent each company in the most professional manner. I live in Hays County between Dripping Springs and SW Austin.
